Covid-19 Safety & Preparation

Your safety and health are our first and foremost concerns while you join us for a fun and relaxing time on our bike. Here are some guidelines that we will be taking during this health crisis to ensure that we are doing as much as we can to comply:

-Cleaning: Our staff are disinfecting all contact surfaces between each tour. We also perform regular cleaning before, during and after tours. We normally perform a deeper clean daily. We provide hand sanitizer and sanitizing hand wipes for customers upon request.

-Distancing: Since our bikes keep guests at close quarters we will only be opening for private group tours where one party is booked at a time. During tours the bike is your private space, reserved for your group only.

-Protective Barriers: We have installed clear vinyl barriers separating the staff area from the participant area. This gives a higher level of protection for our staff while not inhibiting the experience of space.

-PPE: Our staff will be wearing face masks/coverings throughout the tour. Customers will need to be prepared to wear face mask/coverings during the tour, entering and exiting the vehicle, heading to and from restaurants or other stops. Masks may be removed for eating and drinking on the vehicle. These rules will be strictly enforced and may be subject to change based on CDC, State of CT and City of New Haven guidelines.

-Restaurant Stops: We will be contacting a select group of restaurants for stops to ensure space and distancing for our customers. Our staff will designate bar stops based on availability and scheduling. Other stops may include points of interest, food trucks and other options along our routes. Groups will need to discuss any stop requests with our staff first. We recommend inquiries talk first with our manager Dan: [email protected]

-Food & Beverages Onboard: Food and alcoholic beverages may be brought on board from restaurants! For the time being we welcome participants to bring food and soft drinks on board only. BYOB alcohol will be prohibited for the time being. For more info about these policies please contact Dan: [email protected]
